Director of Capital Construction Projects Job Opening in Brooklyn, New york - Position Summary:
Provides leadership, oversight and direction in the coordinating of all Hospital Long/Short term capital expenditures request in the design, development, construction alteration or installation of Hospital Facilities and equipment, and ensure that all projects are completed within the intended specifications.
Requirements:
BA Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
Ten (10)years' of previous experience in Construction Management or other related fields and at least five years in Healthcare construction is required.
Min. of five ( 5 ) years supervisory experience.
Familiarity with Construction Management software.
Strong leadership and negotiation skills .
