Full service commercial, healthcare, mixed use, multi-family and institutional architectural firm has a few current openings. Firm is nationwide with over 6 offices around the country and currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Seattle office.
The successful candidate will have previous architectural project management experience at a similar firm. Must manage design development, document production, and construction administration for healthcare, mixed use or institutional projects. In this position, you will effectively manage and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines. The position requires a high level of communication with team members, clients, consultants, reviewers, etc. And to work closely with the principals and lead a team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years professional experience in Architecture
Healthcare, Multi-family or institutional project experience
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit knowledge is desirable as well
Must be able to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
Able to work well in a team environment and effectively lead a team
