The Recruiter is responsible for staffing employees on temporary assignments and providing clients with superior customer service to satisfy their temporary staffing needs.
Requirements
Excellent customer service
Proficiency with basic computer applications
Possess a sense of urgencyand persistence
Possess excellent verbal and written skills
Maintain a professional demeanor, even under stressful conditions
Ability to "think outside the box"
Ability to handle a large call volume and multiple phone lines
Must be self-motivated and possess a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor?s degree strongly preferred. Experience: Two years professional work experience.
