Create and find strategies for get customers.
Make a daily report of possible customers
Make an interview to the customer according our information customer form.
Offer a vehicle to the customer, according of the necessities and make an invitation for a drives test.
Make a quotation of the vehicle according of the customer necessities.
Make a close interview for ensure the customer wants to buy.
Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy
Deal with complaints in a patient and helpful manner
Take and record orders through a computer system in person or over the phone/e-mail
Update customer information in databases
Go the ?extra mile? to meet targets
Take a picture with the customer involve all the employees
Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store.
