Duties for the Sales Representative may include:
Providing excellent customer service
Relationship building
Generating quotes
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
Cross-selling existing customers with other Allstate products
Job Requirements:
Willing to obtain Property and Casualty License
Exceptional communication & listening skills
Willingness to learn
Sales motivated with proven cold calling skills
Ability to multi-task
**Bilingual is a plus!
Agencies Offer:
Competitive compensation structure:
$24,000-$65,000
