Duties:
The Sales & Customer Representative will handle inbound sales & service calls generated through web, catalog and marketing efforts. Representatives follow established business operating procedures and work as part of the team to handle calls to generate sales, deliver superior customer service, maintain quality and provide sufficient phone coverage. Successful applicants must have strong communication skills, be proficient and comfortable developing additional business by making outbound calls (no cold calling) to prior customers, be able to speak effectively and write business correspondence. Strong multi-tasking skills and a team player with high degree of urgency expected.
Requirements:
Must have excellent computer skills and attention to detail. Must have strong, well-developed team skills. Strong customer service and/or sales skills. Representatives will be required to adhere to an assigned schedule and must be willing to be reassigned to any schedule based on phone coverage needs. Bilingual skills are highly valuable for this opening .
