Sales Associate Job Opening in Bozeman, Montana - Looking for Will Call Counter Sales Person
Overview:
The Counter Sales person will increase sales and customer satisfaction by efficiently and courteously assisting internal and external customers in the selection and purchase of needed products.
Responsibilities:
Instantly greet all customers, always have a positive attitude.
Assure that counter area is clean and customers are waited on promptly and courteously.
Answer phone promptly, always using proper phone etiquette.
Possesses sufficient product knowledge to understand customer?s needs when entering orders.
Maintains and rotates counter displays in a neat and orderly fashion;
Continually seek opportunities to increase your product knowledge.
Assist other departments during off peak times.
Has neat, clean appearance; following the rules in the company handbook.
Performs other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent required.
.1-3 years Fastener industry experience preferred.
Candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Keyboard experience preferred.
Problem solving skills preferred.
Must sit/stand 8-10 hours and lift up to 60# a consistent basis each day.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required for daily customer contact
