Duties:
Reimbursement Specialists serve as the primary point of contact between Case Managers and insurance payers.
We own the thorough investigation of patients insurance benefits from start to finish and manage calls to deliver the most accurate benefit details.
Through our advanced systems and robust processes, we play a critical part in helping patients navigate the increasingly complex insurance environment.
No day is ever the same because each case can be very different and we constantly tackle unique problems.
This dynamic role requires a person who may not always know the answer, but loves challenges and can quickly research a solution through available resources.
You will pursue insurance coverage by researching insurance payers policies and helping our healthcare partners receive the solutions to their insurance questions.

Salary: $20.00 to $28.00 /hour
