Burbank Hospice has been operating for almost a decade. We service all of greater Los Angeles and provide care for patients from all walks of life. The Intake/Patient Care Coordinator works directly with the Administrator and Director of Nursing to act as a liaison between the RN Case Managers and their patients/families. This position acts as a pillar of strength for the field staff. The internal team coordinates and communicates patient's needs while the field staff delivers those needs. The ideal applicant will need critical thinking and problems solving skills. You must think outside the box. If you are willing to learn, we are willing to teach.
