The company is a provider of installation services for retailers and manufacturers. The Field Manger will oversee the construction and installation of closet projects. The company takes great pride in the client and customer installation experience by exceeding their satisfaction Field Manager (FM) is responsible for market level client connectivity, order management, installer coordination and sourcing of labor, installation program management, and other duties as assigned by the Executive Manager. The FM is expected to accomplish his/her goals and requires an individual with strong organization, time management skills, and self-motivation. FM's are assigned to a specific coverage area/market(s). This could mean multiple client locations, and may span large metropolitan areas. FM's are required to travel, overnight and daily. FM's are provided a laptop, cell phone and are reimbursed for mileage. The FM role is a full-time salaried position and entitled to benefits which include Healthcare, 401K, and paid time-off.
