Sales Account Manager Job Opening in Chicago, Illinois - MD at Home is a growing house call physician practice. We are looking for Sales Account Managers to grow our business by prospecting for new referral sources, managing our existing referral sources and coordinating communication regarding our shared patient care plans with our referral source partners.
Responsibilities Include:
Development and management of relationships with referral sources
Achievement of monthly goals for new referrals
Management of relationships with referral sources to ensure timely communication, coordination of required paperwork, and ensuring continuity of care across care settings for our patients
On-going management of our patient population and development of cross-funcilnal clinical programs with referral sources
Responsibility for a geographic territory which includes approximately 300 accounts
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree
Goal oriented with a creative & entrepreneurial approach to developing business and problem solving
Ability to build relationships and networks in the healthcare industry
Highly effective written oral communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Achievement oriented with the ability to work independently
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
