Please Note: The candidate should have reliable transportation as public transportation to the KOP area can be a challenge.
Summary of Responsibilities
The Customer Care Representative ensures that customer inquiries are processed in conjunction with the Imagefirst Way, Purpose and Values.
Hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Process customer inquiries both telephonically and through email
Provide customers with product and service information
Route calls to appropriate resource
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Perform basic account maintenance activities: enter new customer information into system
Identify and escalate priority issues
Develop and maintain job knowledge by learning new product descriptions
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Various administrative/data entry
Outbound customer survey calling as assigned
Required Competencies
Must possess at least 2 years of solid experience within a call center OR customer service environment. Store retail is not applicable.
Must possess a High School Diploma or its equivalent
Excellent verbal communication and problem solving skills
Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Exceptional listening skills and the ability to understand others concerns
Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
Ability to type 30 wpm+
