On-Site Health Services is a doctor directed and doctor owned group comprised of a unique team of dedicated health care providers. Having delivered mobile care for more than 30 years, we understand the dynamic challenges of providing care on-site to those who are unwilling to or unable to easily travel to receive quality care in the conventional specialty medical office such as residents of alternative care settings including skilled nursing, assisted living, senior day care, independent living communities and other care facilities. The medical directors of each specialty group operate conventional private practices and are devoted to delivering the same quality of care to individuals in other settings to positively affect the quality of life and independence of each patient.
Through the highest level of service and patient care, OSHS drives to build a strong patient base consisting of residents in alternative settings that choose to receive our care rather than seeking care outside of their own living environment. The primary factor for practice growth is our high level of medical and customer service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We cross-train members of our team to ensure that everybody is familiar with many areas of the business. This opportunity is focused on healthcare administration with particular focus on the eye care field (optometry and ophthalmology) and entails all functions related to administrative and clerical duties: (i) maintaining accurate patient information in practice management system, (ii) ensuring proper entry of services rendered and treatment needs, (iii) coordination of patient record management with business service partners, (iv) medical record filing and (v) multi-line telephone receptionist. Schedule is flexible during normal business hours.
