Sales Coordinator Job Opening in Orem, Utah - Outback Flashlights is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator who can organize sales activities, and build rapport with both in-house and in-the-field sales teams. The Sales Coordinator will work directly with company management to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Professional and timely completion of tasks
Overall management of prospective customer leads using CRM software
Manage independent sales representative contracts and training
Assist with sales proposals, presentations, marketing, and promotions
Ensure after-sales support to customers by sales team
Maintain sales materials inventory, including updating, and place orders as needed
Ensure that sales representatives have adequate inventory of sales materials on-hand
Monitor the sales team?s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Produce and disseminate reports to sales department and management
Ensure custom sales materials and shared sales folders are always current
Arrange the shipping of product, displays, and sales materials for trade shows or events
Attend various local and national tradeshows, conventions, conferences or events
Make travel arrangements for self and others attending out of town events
Skills the successful candidate will have:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic and professional team player with a positive can-do attitude
Analytical problem-solver who can work independently and meet deadlines
Demonstrated phone-based sales or service skills with ability to build good rapport
Experience in electronic and hardcopy filing and paperwork management
Fluency in English to a very high standard is a must
Proficiency in MS Office with basic computer and Internet savvy a must
Familiarity with CRM (customer relationship management) software a plus
Experience tracking sales leads through the sales cycle
Willing and experienced in traveling for occasional overnight stays
2+ years proven experience in sales, sales support, or marketing
Understanding of sales contracts and negotiations a plus
Bachelors Degree in Business a plus
