Territory Manager/Outside Sales Manhattan/Brooklyn Job Opening in New York, New york - Style Connection, a New Jersey based sales agency is seeking a Full Time, Outside Sales Representative to cover Brooklyn and Manhattan.
We are seeking a highly motivated, goal oriented sales professional to sell a multi-line group of home decor, lighting and accent furniture vendors. The candidate needs to have an entrepreneurial spirit, work independently and be self motivated. This is an outside sales position that requires road time weekly.
Excellent opportunity to sell established lines to Interior Designers and Lifestyle/Furniture stores.
The ideal candidate will possess the following criteria:
Has an understanding of the city and how to get around
Territory Manager road sales experience a plus
Interior Design minded a plus but not necessary
Proven track record in establishing new business
Establish relationships with retailers, designers and vendors
Excellent communication and strong attention to detail
Goal oriented and self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
Loves to be on the road getting the next sale
Strong computer skills
Trade show travel required
Resides in NYC area
