Full-Time Sales Associate/Nutritional Consultant Job Opening in Lincoln, Nebraska - Current openings for full-time position with flexible scheduling at Source. Eat Fit, Lincoln's newest restaurant concept offering fresh, fast, fit foods! This position will assume a leadership role in our stores and will assist the manager and assistant manager in making sure operations run smoothly on a daily basis.
Responsibilities are as follows (but not limited to):
Customer Experience
Making sure every customer receives a great experience.
Getting to know each individual customer?s name, goals, and needs.
Answering customer questions both in-store and over the phone.
Stepping in to resolve any customer issues immediately when managers are not present.
Always giving the customer a full experience of Source's various products and services.
Maintenance of Store Appearance
Keeping the store clean, neat and organized.
Ensuring all opening and/or closing tasks are completed daily.
Reporting any issues with the building or equipment immediately.
Making sure all coolers are organized, fully stocked, front faced, and FIFOed.
Inventory Management
Assisting managers in quality assurance, making sure the food we serve always meets or exceeds our standards of excellence.
Properly stocking meals and keeping meals from expiring.
Online Ordering & Deliveries Management
Assisting with the handling and processing of online orders, as well as deliveries when needed.
Communicating with the kitchen to have all orders filled.
Nutrition Consultation
Contacting inquiries from the website.
Scheduling consultations.
Conducting consultations, making sure to customize each challenge to individuals based on their needs and goals.
Conducting proper follow-up with challengers.
Community Events
Attending community events and samplings as a representative of Source to promote the brand and products as needed.
