Day to Day Responsibilities
Job Description:
Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software systems. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
Position for Software developer to design, code solutions for majors projects. This includes Java, WebLogic, Oracle DB, Oracle Service Bus, Unix/Linux, Tomcat and other tools as needed. Agile and Waterfall development methodology experience and must have good communication skills, able to work in a rapid application development environment, working closely with other SMEs. Experience in Telecommunications a plus. On-site in Cedar Rapids office
Special Requirements/ Certifications:
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
