The Kesseböhmer Distributor Sales Manager is responsible for the strategic management and development of the distribution sales in the Central US market (MN, ND, SD,NB, IA, KS, LA, MO, NE, OK, TX & WI). This is achieved by developing strong customer alliances and highly effective distribution channels; responsible for all sales activities for the purpose of achieving or surpassing sales growth targets, developing new accounts, building strong customer relationships, and establishing Kesseböhmer as a ?value added? leader in the marketplace.
Job Duties:
Develop, implement and execute a regional strategic sales plan within the authorized Distribution network of the territory
Train the Distributor sales force and customers on the value, use, and design of the Kesseböhmer products
Contribute to the growth objectives of Kesseböhmer by supporting the efforts of the sales and sales support team
Develop sales campaigns and plans to develop target accounts
Collaborate on new product ideas or improvements of current products to meet needs in market place; identify and understand market trends that will affect distribution and planning process
Evaluate distribution alternatives to expand business
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing, engineering or other related field experience required
Five+ years related outside direct sales experience
Successful candidate will live within the territory area with easy access to a major airport
Prior knowledge of woodworking and cabinetmaking industry strongly preferred
Must have a valid driver?s license

Strong computer skills, utilizing MS Office products
Create and deliver engaging presentations to a large audience
Prepare, present and assist in a formal distributor focus meeting
Demonstrate the ability to use various district reports to analyze, enhance and alter the purchasing behavior of their distributors.
Contribute beyond local district activities for the greater good of the Kesseböhmer program
Experience with a CRM program is a plus
