ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Establish and maintain close relationships with new clients and existing accounts by:
Prospecting and calling new potentials that fit the targeted profile
Closing on opportunities already in our pipeline.
Meeting in person with clients to present and demonstrate PN Medical products and explain their benefits (3-5 days per month typically)
Maintaining positive contact with clients to monitor their satisfaction
Performing training and in-services with new clients as you close them.
Manage a strong pipeline of opportunities and report on your KPI?s in weekly team sales meetings.
Following up with clients to identify opportunities to increase sales volume and profitability
Resolving problems with clients, if they occur
- Making decisions within approved authorization limits regarding product pricing to improve sales and increase profitability
- Keep prompt and accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
- Work closely with sales team to identify ways to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, conventions, and events
- Other sales duties as required
SKILLS REQUIRED
Full understanding of the long sales cycle - the consultative educational approach to selling is the style. Our sales cycles can be from 1 month to as much as 12 months.
Solid understanding of respiratory and speech therapy markets
RT, ST, OT certification preferred. Will also consider RN and PT.
Expert level understanding of how to sell to distributors, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health companies, and therapy rehab facilities.
Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization
Friendly and personable phone presence. We are looking for a contagiously positive person.
Telesales experience. 80% of your time selling will be on phone or video conferencing. 20% in person.
Polished presentation skills
Video conferencing experience
CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho, or comparable)
Strong ability to capture your notes daily and rely on the CRM system is a must.
Valid driver?s license
Ability to travel up to 5-6 days per month.
BENEFITS
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $50,000 base salary plus generous commission based on consummate experience. Estimated commission range of $25,000 in first year.
Location: South East Florida. Miami and surrounding areas preferred.
