Inside Sales and Customer Service for Business to Business Job Opening in Louisville, Kentucky - Inside Sales & Customer Service Assistant for Business to Business:
This position is a growth opportunity to learn our business and become a seasoned technical inside sales representative in a growth oriented, recession proof industry.
Starting Pay of $15.00 p/h
Drug and background screen will be conducted.
Duties:
Assisting Senior sales representative with customer quotes and communication
Listen to customers? questions and concerns, and provide answers or response
Provide information about their order status
Calculate and provide freight estimates to various parties
Review or make changes to customer accounts
Handle returns or complaints
Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
Refer customers to supervisors or more experienced employee
Requirements:
- Must have excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Professional Demeanor.
- Must be available Full-time/ Monday through Friday
- Must be Detail Oriented
- Candidate should be technically and Mechanically inclined.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks, ACT.
