GENERAL SUMMARY:
Payment Alliance International, voted ?Best Places To Work? in Louisville, KY, three years consecutively, is seeking a motivated professional for the role of National Account Sales Manager. In this role, the candidate will be expected to proactively prospect, develop leads and identify sales opportunities with National Chain Accounts of 50 locations and greater.
Prospective candidates must be able to articulate the PAI value proposition for key solutions, effectively develop and manage a pipeline, and work with internal resources to develop high quality proposals and solution recommendations. The candidate must exhibit excellent presentation and communication skills and have experience identifying and closing opportunities with large, high profile chain accounts. You will operate in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging environment and you must be passionate, accepting of a changing environment and constantly looking to influence the future outlook of the company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
Prospect and generate new leads for PAI services
Execute the steps of Consultative Selling and Sales Mastery processes
Assist with the creation and managing of proposals and RFP?s for large account opportunities
Accountable for achieving revenue goals
Develop and foster strong relationships with their specific internal and external customers
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty with customers
Identify business plans and strategies, key decision makers, key performance indicators, and budget constraints
Maintain accurate, comprehensive and updated sales forecasts, opportunities and activities in Salesforce

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor?s degree required
At least 5 years proven sales experience
Ability and willingness to travel between 15% - 30% annually
Expertise with needs satisfaction selling
ATM Sales and/or B2B Sales is a ?homerun?
A combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted when competency in the role is demonstrated. Successful performance on pre-employment tests may be required.

COMPUTER / APPLICATIONS SKILLS:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working in or other CRM experience is a plus
Knowledge of PAIReports
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This work is performed in a business office setting. The working environment can be distracting due to noise.
EFFORT:
Must be able to see, hear, speak and listen. Constant moving (up/down/around the office area) to address questions and provide coaching. Continuous looking at a computer screen. On the phone up to 90% of the day. Daily contact with management and with co-workers. Work can be stressful and requires a calm, patient demeanor. Lifting of 10 pounds or less, which can be accommodated.
SUPERVISORY / MANAGEMENT DUTIES:
The employee is not responsible for supervising other positions.
