Tempest is searching for an energetic, capable, trustworthy, self-motivated candidate to join our winning team. The chosen candidate will join an existing sales team and train under our Director of Program Sales and our Senior Repair Sales Manager. This position requires a true team player that takes direction and feedback well, is detail oriented, and is willing to work hard to make it happen. Compensation will be commiserated with experience and provides a great opportunity for growth. Job Responsibilities: ? Learn about Tempest?s repair and program offerings. ? Regular and aggressive proactive, outbound calling activity in to an already existing customer base and potential new customers. (Min. 50% of daily activity) ? Develop and maintain excellent relationships with current and potential customers ? Work with Sales Leaders to service customer requests and make initial contact to potential new customers to help facilitate meetings for Sales Leadership. ? Support Sales Leadership with quotes and RFP responses Job Requirements ? Experienced and proficient user of Microsoft Office; including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook ? Superior written and oral communication skills ? A hunter mindset combined with an underlying sense of urgency to perform ? Ability to be extremely proactive and self motivated to continuously call and develop relationships ? Organization and attention to detail ? Ability to multi-task, prioritize, problem solve, make quick decisions and communicate with team. ? Previous experience in Telecom industry a plus ? Previous experience as account executive a plus ?
