Job Description: The main job function of the Leasing Consultant is to lease and pre-lease apartments, while assisting with resident relations. The Primary functions of a Leasing Consultant are: - Greet clients according to ARG Policy "Greet and Qualify" -Identify client needs and eligibility in compliance with Fair Housing Laws and ARG Criteria -Follow up with prospective clients if a Lease agreement is not made upon initial visit -Welcome new residents -Process resident transfers Job requirements: -Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. -Must have, or be willing to learn, typing skills -Computer proficiency is preferred Additional Information This position is primarily performed in an office setting. However, the incumbent will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions when showing and leasing the apartment units. Travel between properties is required on regular basis.
