We are an apartment community located in Greensboro, NC are seeking a Maintenance Technician for our community. There are approximately 170 apartments that we run and maintain. Applicant qualifications: - Has at least ten to twelve months of property maintenance experience. - Has experience in changing locks and preparing units for new residents. - Must have your OWN Vehicle and Tools - Has HVAC Certification and preferably CPO Certification - Has the ability to do work independently, complete work orders in a timely manner. Duties include, but are not limited to: - Doing general repairs and maintenance of units - Performing overall repairs and maintenance. - Completing basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks on properties.
