Inter/Intra Company Accountant Job Opening in Nashville, Tennessee - Carlex Glass America, LLC has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Inter/Intra Company Accountant at our "Music City" Corporate Headquarters in Nashville Tennessee. This person will have full responsibility of Inter and Intra Company reconciliations as well as AP and AR Trade reconciliations. Additionally, the Inter/Intra Company Accountant will interact with various office and plant personnel at our multiple Carlex locations. This position requires a person who is detail oriented and able to work independently with direction.

KEY TASKS
Conduct AR and AP Trade Account Reconciliations
Conduct Ad hoc analysis
Create Journal entries
Participate in Month end closing responsibilities
Assist with the successful completion of year-end audit and requested schedules from our external auditors
Participate in integration projects
Create vendor setups and maintenance in QAD
Review employee expense reports for proper documentation
Download Online bank statements and activity
KEY COMPETENCIES
Advanced /intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite; (Word, Excel, Access)
Hands-on approach to problem solving and analysis

REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance required
Years of Experience:
5+ years of accounting/finance experience
Other Requirements:
Regular and predictable attendance required
Cooperate within teams to carry out tasks and responsibilities
Ability to work Off-schedule hour, including weekends, as may be required to complete work load or projects as required
