Part Time Sales/Marketing Consultant position with Full Time opportunity upon 90 day review!
Responsibilities of the Sales / Marketing Consultant:
Drive Sales and ensure Membership Retention.
Provide excellent Guest service.
Meet and exceed sales goals.
Lead by example: achieve personal as well as Team goals.
Maintain 25% closing
Schedule new and return appointments.
Set up and promote Massage Heights Corporate Lifestyle Programs to area businesses.
Create and maintain positive working relationships with Team members.
Qualifications of the Sales / Marketing Consultant:
Minimum of 1 year sales/retail experience
Must possess strong sales skills and a dynamic personality
Previous membership sales experience preferred.
Highly motivated team-player
Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in achieving sales goals
Working knowledge of computers and standard software
Available to work flexible hours, days, and evenings. Must be available to work weekends.
Sales / Marketing Consultant Benefits:
$9-10/hour depending on experience
Commission and Bonus opportunities on top of hourly wage, Most staff making $12-14/hour!
