Finance Analyst - Accounts Receivable Job Opening in Auburn Hills, Michigan - Job Specifications
Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by performing the following duties.
Support of Controlling, concerning all issues of budget and investments. Be able to show a clear overview of all expenses and investments and be able to administrate it.
Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions. Distribute expenditures, encumbrances, receipts, and receivables according to schedules.
Responsible for completion of month end close check-list for assigned legal entity
Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
Responsible for Accounts Receivable
Prepare monthly KPI reporting for assigned legal entity
Provide support for CO on any controlling issues.
Other duties assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
Qualifications
Four year college or university program certificate
Two (2) to four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
