Responsibilities
Coordinate sales and promotion of RCL Benziger products within your territory
Apply a thorough knowledge of RCL Benziger products, the religious education industry, and market conditions to develop effective business plans and drive market share growth
Maintain strategic and influential customers to foster long-term relationships and product loyalty
Deliver presentations, proposals, in-services, and professional development opportunities to build product portfolio awareness with each customer
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and sales experience
Self-motivated and disciplined to effectively manage accounts and territory
Positive, ?can do? attitude
Able to identify and implement an action plan to drive growth in territory
Excellent selling, closing, persuasion, and rapport-building skills
Passionate and competitive with strong organizational and presentation skills
40%-50% travel required during academic year
Basic knowledge of the Catholic religion
Valid Driver?s License
