Sales Coordinator - Wholesale Job Opening in Tacoma, Washington - Continuant is seeking a Sales Coordinator to facilitate sales to our national contractor base by building consistent rapport with prospects. The individual will be an excellent communicator, utilizing email promotions, telephone prospecting, and verbal conversations ensuring a positive and lasting interaction. This individual will be energetic, and enthusiastically take on procedural processes to achieve the long term departmental goal: To improve on core competencies through which we ensure a satisfactory and pleasant experience for our customers.?
Job Duties:
Market our parts inventory online and to our subcontractor base
Enter and process sales orders
Pick and ship orders
Manage inventory and assist with processing new lots as needed
Consistently meet agreed upon sales quota
Accept challenges and demonstrates creative thinking skills
Assist with other tasks as required - such as the purchasing and receiving of lots
Requirements:
Positive attitude, and a willingness to work hard while learning
Experience in a professional environment
Comfortable with cold calling
Must have working knowledge of and familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Superior multi-tasking skills
