Description of AITHR Sales Cycle:
There is no cold calling or door-to-door sales for this position. All of our leads come to us through our national advertising programs. You simply show up with your game face on and execute a proven selling system, which includes the core of the classic 10-step closing program and a professional slide show and product demo. All of your appointments are pre-qualified and set for you daily.
We are looking to hire:
Motivated: Traveling sales people with reliable transportation, road warrior
Driven: Must be able to run 1-3 qualified appointments per day
Professional: Exhibit a sense of ownership per lead
Technical: Owner of a Tablet for demonstration and work order entry with a single click
Savvy: Presentation skills with homeowners using state of the art marketing materials
We would prefer experience with in-home or remodeling sales presentations, but if you are exceptional, we will train.
Commission:
Excellent commission structure program and monthly bonuses based on sales performance plus annual performance incentives.
