Gymboree Teachers Needed - Weekends a Plus Job Opening in atlanta, Georgia - Gymboree Teachers Needed - Weekends a Plus Gymboree Play & Music has immediate openings for some great part-time teachers at sites in Alpharetta, Mall of GA/Buford, Sandy Springs, West Cobb and Toco Hill. It's a great job for stay-at-home parents, recent grads or those simply looking for a career change to a great lifestyle. We offer flexible schedules, but this is a part-time job offering between 10 and 20 hours per week. We offer programs every day, but Sat morning availability is a big plus in addition to some weekday availability. Some Sunday availability is also helpful. For those who can only work weekends we have positions available leading our great birthday parties. At Gymboree, you really can make a difference in the lives of hundreds of young children and families. Working with lesson plans we've developed over 35 years as the world leader in early learning programs, you get to sing and create and play while helping babies, toddlers and preschoolers practice their developing skills and helping moms, dads, grandparents and caregivers connect with their children and each other in a fun, nurturing environment. You must be entertaining and comfortable singing and speaking in front of groups, but not necessarily an entertainer. You must want to educate and help other people but a teaching degree isn't required. We look for either a college degree or at least 3 years of solid work experience. Some former experience with young children is a plus, as is customer sales skills - but a vibrant, outgoing personality and character is most important.
