What do they spend their time doing?
Developing and a strong client base through strategic outbound calling
Creating proposals for clients in all industries (think healthcare, higher education, corporate, etc).
Generating repeat business with strategic accounts by continually identifying and meeting customer needs within their budgets
Hitting sales plan targets
Developing strong working relationships with the technical team members they rely upon
What background do you need to rock this job?
Proven B2B sales success in AV or a related industry
Experience in high-level contract negotiations
Experience working with Fortune 500 accounts
Experience in business development
Proven ability to initiate and maintain long-term growth while work in a fast-paced team environment
Experience in enterprise and corporate verticals
Top-notch written and interpersonal communications skills. It's hard to sell group communications technology if you can't describe it!
While you love the rush that comes from a sale, you also know how to keep the pipeline full and don't mind the hard work that is associated with building it
