Responsibilities:
Learn and apply the most current consultative selling techniques, concentrating upon the 100% win/win scenario.
Achieve company and personal sales goals by making the difference on a daily basis.
Build, maintain and enhance strong business relationships with the customers, lenders, agents, etc.
Take responsibility for your community, its performance, growth and ultimate success.
Constantly evolve to become the ultimate professional understanding the details and nuances of your community, the area surrounding it and the customer that wants to live there.
Learn all aspects of new construction, it?s limitations, how everything affects the transaction.
Requirements:
