WE ARE SEEKING AN OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE! We are looking for an individual that shares our drive and constantly overachieves on their goals. To be successful, the candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to bounce back from rejection, and willing to put in the hard work outsides sales demands. The candidate will be paired with a managing member of the team. We work hard and demand excellence of ourselves and expect every member of our team to do the same. The candidate will have the opportunity to represent the company at industry events and/or trade shows. This role has long-term potential.
The candidate will identify, prospect, and generate new accounts for the Atlanta and surrounding area. This position requires cold calling, follow ups, and may require face to face to generate new customers. Cold calling and sales experience is ideal.
This position requires a large volume of canvassing in order to effectively prospect potential clients.
Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
Multifamily industry experience is preferred.
Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
Identify and follow up on target leads, manage prospects and close new business.
Determine customer needs and propose appropriate services.
Prepare and deliver sales and follow up with key decision makers.
Utilize our in-house sales software on a daily basis, scheduling and documenting daily activities, and developing prospective customer profiles.
Complete required sales reports and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy.
Regularly meet in person and/or via conference call with management to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be organized with good time management skills.
Possess proven solutions for the customer and the company.
Experience and success in managing a sales pipeline.
Must have reliable transportation.
Expected to attend industry events.
