Responsibilities:
Generate repeat revenue from existing client database
Work from a strategic sales plan to identify and pursue new business
Comfortable making new introduction calls
When required, qualify and close large opportunities in the field in person
Respond to inbound leads and close business on the first call
Build relationships with prospects and cultivate those relationships over time to create a new customer
Work with business managers to maintain good communication and cooperative working relationships.
Demonstrate effective account management and pipeline management
Resolve problems with customers and internal team members.
Demonstrate ability to handle objections by creative thinking and problem solving
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience hunting for business using the telephone.
Experience selling and building territory
College degree or equivalent sales/business development experience
Proven track record producing new revenue & customer satisfaction working with short sales cycle
Proven track record earning new business from existing customer base
Computer literacy in CRM and Microsoft Excel, Outlook and ability to learn proprietary software quickly
Interest in career development
Ability to work in a small office environment
