Maintenance/ Engineering - Perform general repairs in and around hotel as needed. Oversee maintenance of the Hotel, including the physical building structure and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance.
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Must have Stationary Engineers License in 1st Class HVAC and Boilers.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English language used in the work place.
Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must have thorough knowledge of all types of mechanical equipment such as chillers, boilers, water treatment, and refrigeration equipment.
Must have thorough knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems, power, water and gas supplies.
Must have experience in office procedures, ordering materials, record keeping systems, applicable building laws, building construction, blueprint reading, etc.
Must possess good computer skills, with knowledge of accounting programs and budgetary
