Staff Accountant Job Opening in Boca Raton, Florida - We are a fast growing software company looking for a Staff Accountant with experience to assist the Company?s CFO and Controller. This person will be involved in payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable as well as other general accounting and office functions. This person must have a good understanding and experience in payroll, company benefits, and financial statements. In order to be successful in this busy office the ideal candidate should be a team player, self-motivated, detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
Position Responsibilities:
Payroll functions
Company Benefits Administration
Assist Controller with month end financial reporting
Reconciling Credit Cards
Administrative Assistant responsibilities
Special Projects as requested
Required Qualifications:
Quickbooks experience
Payroll experience
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
3-5 years of accounting experience
Working knowledge and understanding of Trial Balance and Financial Statements
