Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Opening in Fort Lauderdale, Florida - My client, a very stable property management company is looking for a Bookkeeper. The position requires strong understanding of the entire Accounts Payable process. The right candidate will have previous experience batching, coding, vendor management, cutting checks, getting payments approved - the entire AP Cycle. Understanding of the GL and reporting will be helpful and preferred. The position does not require a degree in accounting but a solid understanding, none the less.
Knowledge of SAGE or MAS500 system is highly preferred as is strong Excel, Word and Outlook. A strong communicator is a must to communicate with vendors and managers that are located on the different property sites.
Requirements
High School Diploma
5 to 7 years Full Cycle AP experience
Excel at an intermediate level
Vendor Management experience
Sage or MAS500 or other large ERP system
Excellent communication skills

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
