Bookkeeper/Office Manager Job Opening in Frederick, Colorado - Seeking motivated and organized bookkeeper who will be responsible for A/P, A/R, credit card, expense report reconciliation and payroll. Must have prior bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks and Excel. Responsibilities: - Perform bookkeeping duties, including accounts receivable, payables, and payroll - Prepare Draws and invoices for clients - Preparation of financials - Bank reconciliations - Filings for payroll taxes - Provide Job Costing reports - Manage filing system(s) - Communicating with employees, sub - contractors, and clients Requirements: - Minimum Three (3) years of experience with accounting related duties - Motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized - Possess excellent oral and written communication skills - Self-directed individual and requires little to no supervision -Positive attitude -dependable -Trustworthy Must have verifiable references.
