Education, Training, and Skills Required:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
3 ? 5 years Administrative Assistant
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Organized with great attention to detail
Strong computer and Internet research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
Positive, friendly and professional appearance and demeanor
Effective problem-solving and creative thinking skills
Intermediate or better skills in Microsoft Office 365 and Dropbox
Proficient with QuickBooks
Strong Excel skills - Experience with formulas and data base functions
Budget time, effectively organize, and perform work amidst interruptions
Pass initial background check and ongoing substance screening
Driving record must meet Ethos insurance standards and must maintain a valid state Driver?s License

Essential Duties:
Ensure office phone is answered timely & appropriately
Maintain office supplies & upkeep of other areas
Code and process employee expense reports
Review and upload of employee time records
Budget and forecasting, variance analysis
Ad hoc reporting, analysis, modeling and projects
Code and process vendor invoices for payment
Create Purchase Orders
Investigate and resolve discrepancies with vendors
Maintain client files and invoicing
Conduct payroll: process through Quickbooks, healthcare and other payroll deductions, report and pay liabilities
Schedule meetings
Schedule travel accommodations
Track Inventory
Maintain confidentiality of information and files
Read and understand complex regulations and procedures
Accurately record information and complete mandatory forms
Maintain cooperative relationships with clients and employees
Perform other duties as assigned
Supervision responsibilities:
No permanent supervisory duties
