Your primary job responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual close for individual funds
Prepare monthly fund investment reconciliations
Prepare recurring and non-recurring journals to fund ledgers
Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements
Assist tax department in preparation of Fund and investor tax returns as well as the calculation of deferred and current entity level tax provisions
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree (BA or BS) in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics
2 - 4 years of investment analysis/accounting experience
Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP as it relates to the asset management industry
Demonstrated ability to work independently, with little supervision in a fast-paced environment
CPA Preferred
