ACCOUNT MANAGER (SALES) - STORM DAMAGE RESTORATION MINNESOTA Job Opening in minneapolis, Minnesota - ACCOUNT MANAGER (SALES) - STORM DAMAGE RESTORATION MINNESOTA Description Were looking for people with sales experience to join our team. Construction experience is preferred but will train motivated self starters! This company's founders were tired of working for people that just never seemed to care about their feet on the street. It has been built around the main goal of "Respect and Accountability". We work as a team learning and evolving daily from everyones input. The storm season is upon us and were geared up and ready to go. We offer confirmed leads to our Account Managers free of charge as long as sales minimums are met. These are not purchased leads from some call center somewhere there in house generated. As one of our Account Managers you will work directly with the marketers to isolate areas to call for leads. Account managers are assigned to marketers and they work as a team to generate deals and give each other real time feedback. We dont play games. Our Account Manager Agreement spells everything out in black and white. There will be no surprises here you know from day one what to expect and whats expected of you. We offer business cards, company email, apparel, yard signs and also offer auto magnets or vinyl if you prefer. We are looking for both full-time permanent Account Managers but also Seasonal for those that move around through the year. We encourage our Account Managers to set up their own LLC/small business and offer resources and experience to help you. From accounting practices, setting up structure ect... well help you or put you in contact with a professional that will such as attorneys and CPA's. We have two small offices one in Maple Plain and the other in Princeton. We dont operate out of a traditional office and this allows freedom for everyone as you will not have to come to the office everyday. The only time you will come to an office is if you want to pick up a check. Otherwise we generally are out and about and will meet our Account Managers to pickup paperwork, production packets, checks, deliver materials ect... Were all out and about anyway so coming to one place just doesnt make sense for anyone. The founders have been in the business long enough to know what doesnt work and have built the structure of this company in such a way to keep the Account Managers doing what they do best "SIGNING NEW DEALS"!!! Lets face it you would rather be signing a deal than chasing down paperwork and calling insurance adjusters for a supplement. We want our people selling not worrying about the details of completing the work and processing paperwork. Our office manager prepares exactimate estimates for every job and processes material ordering. You just bring in the loss statement, clear check and material selections and then go collect the final check from the customer. That's it!! We have a draw program and can setup temporary housing ect... if needed. If your new to the business then you can expect to make as much money as you put in effort. If you work long hours and are ambitious 50k your first year is easily achievable. Most people that know the business make 100k+. The sky is the limit, it all depends on how hard you want to work!!
