Outside Sales Job Opening in Columbia, South carolina - Job Title: Outside Sales / Alarm Sales

Position: Full-Time / Direct Hire
Pay Schedule: ***This is a 100% commission position***
Outside Sales / Alarm Sales Ideal Candidate:
Must have experience working on preset appointments and closing sales the day of the appointment.
Preset Appointments:
You are provided with 15-20 preset appointments every week. This is a one call sales job (must be able to close business on the preset appointment)
The sales will be all to small and medium sized businesses
You will be using your own vehicle to visit potential customers and must have reliable transportation.
Most sales people make about $100k+ their first year. They will always be closing new business and not have much repeat business.
Pay Rate: Training: During a four week training process we will be providing a weekly salary of $700.00 while riding with our Director of Sales/Field Trainer.
A weekly draw of $x will be provided and settled every fourth week for overage in commissions not paid and reported to the rep for their records.
90 Day Evaluation: A standard review of a reps performance will take place at this date to establish if any weekly draw increase is acceptable based on closing percentage. We strive to maintain a 70% closing ratio for all ran appointments.
Commissions: The commission will be paid per install. All installs will be released for payment upon verbal with leasing company and based on weekly performance.
