Familiar w/ App performance Mgmt (APM), for monitoring Rational servers
Working w/ wide range of systems & security engineers for ongoing production support and future upgrades & patches
Back End CE responsibilities include:
Backend support -- Developer is having issue, not able to login. 1st line of support person for the user using this tool.
Backend should be able to troubleshoot user problems w/in Rational Development tools.
Supporting Rational suite from end user point of view
Background w/ Rational Application development, diving into some of the tools.
Experience working with deploy & upgrade tools for desktop software

Looking for a Dev Ops engineer or architect w/ open source tools
Responsible for automating desktop tool (no backend services or servers).
Working w/ IBM Vendor and IBM SMEs to troubleshoot SOM Dev team issues.
Project:
Rational Suite for Devops and Agile/Scrum application projects
Move away from Rational legacy tool set
Rational server maintenance and troubleshooting
Respond and fix developer requests when issues arise within rational tool set
Testing tools - functional testing, some testing tools, desktop eclipse based tool sets
Fairly good knowledge on writing java code and performance testing against various applications
Ability testing to the testing in early phases of the software development.
600 workstations to support.

Upgrading Jazz 5.0x version to latest version 6.0.x
Clearcase, rational tools, rational team concert, rational quality manager.

Person should be able to work with database admin?s and administrators.
