CRC is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join its accounting team. The Accounts Payable Associate will have a broad range of responsibilities including the processing of accounts payable, account reconciliations, and communicating directly with the company?s vendors. The position will report directly to the Controller of the company.
Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable Associate?s primary job responsibilities will include:
Processing the accounts payable and purchase orders for the company
Processing employee expense reports
Interacting directly with the Company?s vendors to resolve invoicing issues
Ensuring that the Company?s procurement and payment policies are followed
Designing and implementing policies and processes for the continual improvement of internal control and operating efficiencies
Processing corporate credit card statements

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
Experience with Yardi or other real estate property management software is preferred
Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Excel
Strong analytical ability and perseverance to solve problems with minimal oversight
Ability to professionally interact with employees and management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
