The position will be located in our Greenbelt MD office.
Job Description
Duties include compiling and maintaining accounts payable, and accounts receivable as well as preparing various reports.
Preparing financial statements
Bank Reconciliations
Prepare Books for year end audit/Taxes
Payroll
Qualifications
Must be a QuickBooks Expert
Highly organized and able to setup and manage payroll.
Must know Microsoft office (excel emphasis)
Must understand GAAP Financial Statement preparation.
