What do we do?
X-Mode, Inc. is the company behind Drunk Mode -- the app that MTV called ?Life Changing?. Now X-Mode has spread its wings into the mobile technology space. We?re taking on content creation, location data monetization, and consumer insights to bring convenience to each user. We partner with apps and brands, and we offer these companies innovative ways to monetize and connect with their users.
Who we looking for?
Interns must be current college students or recent graduates in the Washington D.C. metro area who have studied marketing, communication, business, finance and/or entrepreneurship. Interns will be required to come into the office for 3 half-days each week (4 hours per day) and attend weekly sales calls. Internship responsibilities include finding potential X-Mode clients, pursuing leads, and closing deals. Interns will have hands-on experience with sales, and they will be given more responsibility than most sales interns typically have. Qualities we look for include competency, hustle, critical thinking, persistence and passion.
This isn?t a run-and-grab-coffee kind of internship. This is an opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company. You will learn how we strategically think about the mobile location data market, and you will have a direct impact on the X-Mode?s success. Interns will work hand-in-hand with our current sales team and gain valuable insights from the X-Mode executive team.
