Imagine One is currently seeking candidates for immediate openings supporting the NAVSEA International Security Assistance Office (ISAO) / (SEA01C). ISAO?s mission and vision is to provide oversight for all NAVSEA and affiliated Program Executive Office?s (PEOs?) managed Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. We are looking for a Foreign Military Sales Case Closure Analyst to provide subject matter expertise in closing legacy FMS cases ranging from the late 1970?s through early 2000?s. Job duties include:
Analyze and identify inhibitors that prevent an FMS case from being closed. Generate correction packages to resolve all discrepancies associated with a case, and develop closure packages when a case is eligible for closure.
Perform data collection and analysis to support case closure activities and generate program metrics, as defined.
Data sources may include the Case Execution Performance Tool (CEPT), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS) and Management Information Logistics (MISIL), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other data sources that ISAO utilizes.
Provide knowledgeable program management and subject matter expertise in FMS Case Management: Case case closure.
Experience Requirements:
Required: Shall have five (5) years of specialized experience in closing FMS cases for the Department of Defense (Navy support highly desired).
Required: Greater than five (5) and less than ten (10) years of related technical experience
Required: Familiarity with data collection sources such as SCIP, DIFIS, and MISIL
Educational Requirements:
Desired: Bachelor degree in related technical field
Security Requirements:
U.S. citizenship is required.
Successful candidate must have a current SECRET clearance.
Salary Range: Salary Commensurate with experience.
