The CCG Advisors team is growing and we are seeking an Accounting Specialist. Primary Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Accountant will be responsible for supporting operations and producing valuable financial information through research and analysis. This is a trusted and key role at CCG as the integrity of our financial data is at the core of our business. Essential duties include the following:
1. Maintain multiple bank accounts, posting transactions, allocations, journal entries and reconciliations
2. Prepare timely and accurate financial reports including profit and loss, balance sheet, budget, and ad hoc reporting
3. Provide support for financial planning, analysis and modeling
4. Provides project management support for ongoing initiatives
Requirements
All CCG employees are expected to act with integrity and honesty, displaying a high level of effort and commitment. Employees must be organized and accurate, highly detail oriented, and act with courtesy, tact and cooperation with all stakeholders.
Education:
· Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field
Experience:
· 3-5 years of experience in a professional environment.

Skills:
· MS Office proficiency - Outlook, Excel , Word, PowerPoint -Visio a plus
· QuickBooks or similar accounting package (Required)
· Understanding / working knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls
· Salesforce (Preferred)
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and evolve with changing business needs
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
· Must demonstrate strong ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality
