MiaSolé is looking for a talented software engineer who has extensive experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and integrating with tool software using PLC for data/fault collection and WIP tracking. A successful candidate is self -motivated and proficient with manufacturing :
Responsibilities :
Work with Business Analyst and Program Manager to understand the functional requirement, map it to product configuration in Miasole MES and FIS (Factory Information System) Framework.
Interpret existing MES/FIS Architecture design and work with Development Manager and Lead in the generation of technical design that meets customer requirements and solution goals.
Obtain operational clarification from Business Analyst and Program Manager on solution development and implementation.
Perform coding, unit/integration test authoring and execution using Microsoft technology stack: , -framework, C#, IIS, MS SQL Server.
Perform coding, unit testing authoring and execution using MES transaction APIs (XMl Client and web services).
Perform coding for tool integration, unit testing authoring and execution using Alan Bradley PLC or related integration tool.
Support manufacturing operation group on customer issues. Perform root cause analysis and recommend technical solution to prevent issues from re-occurring.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Education:
BS or higher degree in Computer Science or related field.
7+ years experience in Microsoft technology stack: , -framework, C#, IIS and web services.
5+ years experience in designing and implementing data marts and ETL packages for reporting system.
5+ years? experience in design, development and implementation of business intelligence solution using Reporting Services (SSRS), Analysis Services (SSAS), Crystal Reports, Business Object Enterprise, Excel Automation, Excel Power Pivot, SharePoint Performance Point, Integration Services (SSIS), ?Informatica? Power Center 9.01.
3-5 years experience in large complex manufacturing systems project implementation.
3-5 years experience in tool automation software ? Alan Bradley PLC or related tools.
5-7 years experience in writing SQL statements, stored procedure and scheduled jobs using SQL Server database tool.
Prior experience with designing, developing and implementing manufacturing execution system & factory automation is required along very good understanding of manufacturing processes.
3- 5 year experience with Camstar MES system especially around Camstar XML Client/Web Services, Modeling and UI development using web forms.
Experience with extending Camstar modeler using designer is highly preferred.
Experience with design and development of MS SQL SSRS reporting and ETL is highly preferred.
Experience with design and development of B2B solution is highly preferred.
Must have good communication and documentation skills.
